Privileged to live and work in beautiful northeastern Westchester County – located one hour north of New York City – I am a full-time real estate professional specializing in the marketing and sale of residential properties, new construction and vacant land. Whether I am representing my clients in the purchase of a home or in the marketing and sale of their current home, I am 100% committed to providing them with undivided attention and exceptional personal service.

I offer a strong work ethic, solid business skills and a unique combination of academic and professional education.  With more than thirty-six years experience in real estate, negotiation and human resources management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and know-how to my profession.  As a thirty-four year resident of Pound Ridge, I have participated in a wide range of school and community activities and am thoroughly familiar with and knowledgeable of the area. I produce quarterly real estate reports for the community and am recognized as a valued resource for real estate information and services.

With a personal commitment to education and professional growth and development, I have achieved the following credentials and real estate designations:  Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Graduate, NYS Realtors Institute (GRI) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).  Each of these designations was achieved through training, education and actual sales achievement.

Named ROOKIE OF THE YEAR my first year in real estate, I have earned TOP PRODUCER honors every year in the business.  Ranked the #1 TOP PRODUCER in the Pound Ridge and South Salem Offices of Houlihan Lawrence three of the last five years (2006, 2008 and 2009), I have also been an annual recipient of the Westchester County Board of Realtors most prestigious DIAMOND AWARD.
